SinoVenture International Group is a private company, founded in Macau with the Central Asian region office located in Beijing. The company was founded in 2010 with the primary aim of establishing economic relations and promoting business between regions of China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the Portuguese speaking countries including Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Principe and East Timor.
The company has focused on the development of investment and international trade by providing consulting, implementation and management of different projects, mainly in mining, agriculture, renewable energy, real estate and tourism, and cultural industry.
The company recently established a Joint-Venture: SMC - Investments and Holdings Limited in Cape Verde, which aims to promote economic cooperation projects between Asia and Cape Verde. SMC has focused on the development and promotion of a tourism integrated project: resort, dock, golf course, shopping center, which extends to an area of 500 hectares.
